Payments are not open. No card or bank details are collected. Registering interest does not activate a paid plan.
Claim approval & verification
Free claims. Free business claims may be approved in good faith based on the details you provide and NMCC’s review. Approval does not mean we have independently verified ownership.
Paid-tier access. Before Pro or Featured features are activated, NMCC must review proof that you own the business or have the owner’s authorization to manage it. This also applies to complimentary access to those tiers.
An official email code confirms access to that mailbox. It does not, by itself, establish ownership or authorization.
NMCC may request more evidence, resolve competing claims, or suspend or revoke access if information is inaccurate or authority is disputed. A claim or verification is not a licensing certification or an endorsement.
Evidence may include a business record linking you to ownership or written authorization from the owner, checked against an independent business contact. Contact NMCC to arrange review. Do not put passwords, verification codes, personal ID numbers, or document scans into the claim form.
Clear boundaries
- One plan per location. One account may manage multiple locations.
- Standard jobs are $29 for up to 30 days from publication. Directory and Partner plans include no paid job or event credits; an approved free claim qualifies to submit a job.
- Standard event listings are free for everyone. Event spotlight ($29 / up to 14 days) and Job spotlight ($49 total / up to 30 days) are coming soon.
- Media partnerships and sponsorship packages are separate.
- Featured modules are promotional placements; organic directory relevance remains separate.
- A free claim is an approval of access, not proof of ownership. Verification does not certify licensing or imply NMCC endorsement.
- NMCC does not sell cannabis, host carts or process product transactions.
When paid subscriptions open
Confirmed upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the paid period’s end. Failed payments receive a seven-day grace period. Checkout will show the applicable taxes and final terms before payment.
